For events, we source suppliers such as Vinehall Displays, who have strict sustainable policies. Our print partners, meanwhile, use non-toxic inks. We use low-power consumption lighting and reusable scenery pieces and we recognise the environmental importance of using local producers.

We can install reusable Vistafolia artificial plant wall panels, elevating aesthetics and promoting eco-consciousness. Meanwhile, we are the exclusive stockist of ATOMIC modular systems. Crafted from recycled materials, these structures can be mixed-and-matched to create unique columns, walls and chandeliers – and they can be reused show after show. In addition, due to the unique building system, they can be transported easily, saving space, transport costs and emissions.

Guided by the principles of Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, we have embraced a minimal printing ethos, opting for digital devices for notetaking and scheduling. We also encourage team members and our partners to avoid single-use materials where possible. To support this, we have furnished our teams with reusable cups and bottles, and we have recycling and composting facilities at our headquarters and warehouse. An in-house WEE electrical recycling facility further amplifies our commitment.

Did you know that 44% of professionals in Ireland have seen their companies restrict overseas travel for corporate events due to sustainability concerns? This eye-opening statistic comes from our latest report, ‘Experience More: The Future of Events Report 2023’.
Sustainability is now a driving force in how businesses approach corporate events. In fact, 13% of professionals say their company has put an end to overseas travel to events, rising to 26% for those in the finance industry, 22% in sales and marketing, and 17% in manufacturing and utilities.
But it’s not just attendance at overseas events that businesses are rethinking. More than a quarter of event attendees are now being urged to opt for eco-conscious transportation options like public transport, bicycles, scooters, or walking when attending local events.
