Naturally Evolved, a flagship event, celebrated the launch of the newly renovated Cusack Suite. The goal was clear: to showcase the refreshed suite and innovative offerings across levels 1, 5, and 6 in a bold, creative way. The client sought to break traditional event trends while showcasing realistic venue offerings. From event branding and sustainable invitations to immersive sensory experiences and a post-event highlights video, each brand touchpoint was meticulously crafted to leave a lasting impression and redefine venue expectations.

Our design team collaborated closely with the meetings and events team to create a cohesive concept that tied together every element of the event. While highlighting the venue’s new offerings, we focused on activating unique ambient spaces throughout, ensuring attendees were engaged from arrival through to their evening departure. By pairing this level of event design execution with innovative, sustainable products and flawless technical production, we crafted an experience that went beyond traditional expectations, guaranteeing the launch event achieved the success and impact it deserved.

  • Event Theming & Branding: With just 12 weeks to bring this immersive showcase to life, AVCOM’s design ninjas sprang into action. Understanding the client’s vision was essential to crafting an authentic yet playful theme that resonated with Croke Park’s heritage and unique role in Ireland. Rooted in sustainability, we developed a concept that creatively linked the four elements of nature (Earth, Fire, Air, and Water), presenting them in a futuristic, innovative way that captivated attendees and honoured the venue’s mission.
  • Event Design & Dressing: The Cusack Launch Party was meticulously designed with a mission to be cohesive, creative, and to center sustainability as a core value for both the client and AVCOM. Leading the coordination, we ensured entertainers, mixologists, food and beverage suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders aligned with the event’s vision, executing each touchpoint within the themed guidelines. Securing entertainers who embraced the brief was essential to fully realize the concept.

    We developed an extensive soundscape plan to foster individual emotional connections as attendees moved through the themed spaces. Many unique event props were conceived, developed, and built in-house by our props department, adding distinctive elements to the experience. Our event dressing team spent four days onsite before the launch, meticulously positioning decals, props, and branded artifacts to create an environment that triggered immersive sensory experiences across sound, smell, touch, and taste, spanning all three floors of this carefully curated event.
  • Content Creation & Event Execution: We crafted every element of the attendee journey with innovation and creativity at its core. From mirrored posters in lifts enhanced with strategic lighting effects to a grand finale laser show for the pitch activation, the creative vision was meticulously maintained. LED installations featured dynamic motion graphics, adding an intense, engaging energy, while continuous projections on non-traditional surfaces fostered a sense of movement and adaptability across themed zones. Event graphics played a key role in defining each of the eleven unique zones, each branded with its own sub-theme. We also implemented digital-first wayfinding, interactive info boards, mobile-friendly menus, and event takeaways, ensuring seamless navigation and engagement throughout the experience.
