Enterprise Ireland, Food Innovation Summit 2025
Enterprise Ireland’s flagship Food Innovation Summit 2025 took place in Croke Park, bringing together over 300 food and drink companies, start-ups, researchers, investors, and policymakers. The event explored how innovation and technology can future-proof Ireland’s food and drink export industry.
Now in its third year, the Summit highlighted that innovation is not just a competitive advantage but a necessity in the face of global disruption, sustainability challenges, and changing consumer demands.
The brief was clear: design and deliver an inspirational event environment that elevated the brand, and championed innovation through sustainability and cutting-edge technology. From initial event design to the production of a dynamic video highlights package, every detail was considered to deliver a cohesive and memorable experience.
Value delivered
Every element of this flagship event was designed to combine sustainability with creativity, ensuring that Enterprise Ireland’s vision was reflected in both the staging and the delegate experience. By integrating innovative event design, bespoke video production, and reliable AV services into a seamless event production process, our AVCOM ninjas transformed the brief into a dynamic, future-focused summit environment.
- Sustainable event design
Our Head of Design, Dara Gallagher, led the design process, creating a fully sustainable staging environment. This included developing bespoke graphics and supporting content for digital iPoster units, allowing vendors to showcase their brands dynamically while reducing print waste. - Lighting and AV integration
Lighting design was crucial in unifying the space. Green foliage backdrops were enhanced with tailored lighting effects, while low-voltage LED tubes framed the stage to reflect futuristic innovation. Even the industrial truss supporting projection screens was dressed with recycled foliage, ensuring every visual detail reinforced the sustainability narrative. - Event theming and branding
Our team sourced 100% sustainable materials, from handcrafted large-scale lettering to a custom foliage backdrop. Combined with precision lighting, these elements created a unique and authentic brand environment for Enterprise Ireland. - Event concept design
To foster stronger engagement, we lowered and widened the stage, dissolving barriers between speakers and delegates. This design choice reimagined the traditional layout, ensuring a more organic flow of conversations and connections throughout the day. - Content creation and video production
We collaborated with Enterprise Ireland to produce a comprehensive content package. This included a digital content manual, optimised iPosters, branded static screens, and dynamic motion graphics for impactful event openings and closings. Our video production team also captured and delivered highlight reels, extending the event’s impact beyond the day itself.
