Know the role
Due to continued success, we seek an experienced Office Administrator to join our growing team at AVCOM at this exciting time of our expansion. You will report to General Manager and work closely with all teams across the company. As Office Administrator, you must be highly organised and detail-oriented, maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and be able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will work closely with employees at all levels of the organisation.

We have significant revenue growth planned for the next two years, and you will be front and centre on achieving this growth target.
The primary focus is office administration and HR support, including coordinating office events and meetings, managing office expenses and budgets, managing office supplies, and handling mail and packages.
Supporting HR by managing the hiring process, including posting job vacancies, onboarding new employees, administering employee benefits and payroll, maintaining employee attendance records, coordinating employee appraisals and managing employee relations.
The secondary role is managing reception and serving as our client’s first point of contact, answering their queries, providing information about the organisation’s products or services, managing the reception area, and providing a friendly and professional image to visitors, clients, and employees.
- Minimum five years of experience in a similar role.
- Energetic, confident, upbeat professional with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Resilience, flexibility, and a can-do attitude.
- A strong drive to ‘do the right thing’ for the planet and future generations.
- Expertise in operating computer software (Microsoft 365).
